• Cover letter of circa 2,000 words to explain motivation and professional goals         就讀動機與求學目標(2000字)

• Official transcripts of studies 求學成績單正本

• Copies of diplomas 文憑影本

• 2 letters of recommendation (academic or professional)                                            2封推薦信（學校老師或公司主管）

• Official score of a standardised English exam (TOEFL, IETLS) for those individuals who are not native English speakers 英語考試成績（TOEFL，IETLS）

• 4 ID pictures 4張身分證照片

• Photocopy of valid passport or identity card 有效護照或身份證影本

• Application Fee of €50 申請費50歐元
